My name is Michelle Lawlor and I was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey.

I believe watching someone play their instrument with all of their heart and soul is one of the most beautiful forms of human expression, and is worthy of being documented. Honesty doesn’t exist in many places in today’s world, but I find it between fretboards, kick drums, and knotted-up cables.

I am currently shooting for The Trentonian, LoudEnuff.com, TheRockNRollPictureShow.com (my music photoblog!), and am a regional correspondent (Philadelphia Area) for SPIN.com. I’m available for travel and touring, live shows, and portraits. If you like my work, get in touch!
